Our Vision: how we do things
We will partner with individuals with disabilities to help them with what they need and want in their home and community. Through our lived experiences and knowledge of the support needed, we will provide empathy and advocacy for everyone we serve. Challenging misunderstanding of what disability is, we will put the person first and identify what is needed to support everyone we serve
Our Supports: What we provide
At Strive for Independence, we provide home care services in the Northeast Ohio area to individuals with disabilities. We focus on their independence with a person-centered focus and choices and options to allow them to determine and advocate for themselves. Our staff are trained and are supported by management so they can be available to support those in need. We minimize risks while focusing on what is important to every individual we serve.
