What you will do:

Work in a challenging enviornment that is unpredictable and changes daily but provides a much-needed service to keep an individual independent in their own home. You will be responsible to develop a rapport with the individual regardless of their behavior: the person is not the behavior

Little wins can be big wins. Seeing someone change their behavior can be powerful and we want you to be a part of our team. Behaviors can be challenging when you assist an individual with a developmental disability and mental health issues, but the things that we can learn from them and teach them in return are invaluable.

We take them out into the world and let them experience it for themselves, and we may be the only people who can help them do this. We help the individual maintain their household and complete tasks as independently as possible

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High school diploma or GED
• be willing to undergo a background check and attend orientation and trainings
